The Challenge

To galvanise attendees from all over the globe in the midst of a staggered launch — and enable them to share successes, stimulate new ideas and best practice.

The Solution

To bring the audience together, we delivered a compelling, urgent — yet universal — engagement story around their breakthrough product through dramatising its impact at every point of the delegate journey…

A ‘radio’ station provided a soundtrack through the evocative Tuscan landscape to invoke parallels with the Renaissance and their launch aims. A compelling series of pre-event films featuring the struggle of a patient and farmer from Tennessee were crowned by his surprise appearance onstage at the event — his presence 5,000 miles from his home a testament to the product’s real world impact.

And, after an opening moment that dramatised the unmet need of Heart Failure in the darkness of the 16th century cellars, the delegates emerged into the glass-roofed atrium — our ‘Theatre of Light’ — to spend a dynamic, packed day reflecting on how best to help each other bring the product to their respective marketplaces.
